Company Description Job Description Our quality award winning client is a 99 bed Rehab hospital specializing in short-term inpatient and long-term care.
The hospital is located in Atwater, CA near the center of the state of CA.
The area offers year round access to outdoor activities and very affordable housing (average home price $125,000).
The Director of Nursing will be responsible for all nursing operations within the facility.
They will be responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the delivery of patient care and nursing practice for assigned areas.
Also serves as the CNO designee and functions as a liaison to departments and within clinical and non-clinical areas.
The Director will have responsibilty for all nursing services which approximately 100 employees.

- Ability to communicate effectively - Strong, compassionate and caring people skills - Strong approachable leadership skills - Advanced knowledge of nursing theories and practice principles EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
