Coordinate people, equipment and supplies to successfully accomplish your Mission.
Work with personnel and the personnel trainer to train equipment operators and others in proper operating procedures.
Analyze performance results and trends.
Minimize equipment damage to harvesters, tractors, or tomato trailers.
Develop and maintain relationships and agreements with customer-growers.
Develop and maintain an enthusiastic presence for California Sun Grower Services in the field and the farming community.
Track competitive transplanting and harvesting rates from others doing similar work.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Strong leadership abilities Familiar with business applications, such as Excel Ability to track productivity data Education:
Formal education preferred in a related field, such as Business or Agriculture How to Apply Employment Opportunities page.
